MassTexting.us is very strict in following the anti-spam policy for all communication protocols that it provides. This means that everything that we consider spam, that is, unsolicited text messages, notifications, alerts, or any other messages that you may receive from someone who should not have possession of your number or should not be able to send you messages, is something we do not allow.

MassTexting.us urges you to report any abuse to us at help@masstexting.us. Please include the abuse, sender ID/number, your mobile number which you want to remove, the date/time of the message, and the content of the message in your email. Your complaint will be registered and our customer/client will be thoroughly investigated for violations against our terms of use and anti-spam policy. The identity of the individual reporting will be kept confidential.

Enforcement of Anti-Spam Policy

In our Terms of Service, our customers/clients and users of this platform explicitly agree that they will never use our service/platform to send spam text messages or MMS. All users of MassTexting.us agree on the opt-in policy to add contacts to their list for messaging. All text messages or MMS sent using our services/platform are trackable and can be removed from the sender list.

We urge and support 'QUIT', 'STOP', 'UNSUBSCRIBE', 'END, 'CANCEL', 'OPTOUT', or 'REMOVE' messages for subscribers to opt-out. We also give our users the liberty to manually remove the mobile numbers. Furthermore, we ensure a list with opt-out numbers to help prevent our clients/users from adding the opted-out number to their list again once opted out.

If there is a suspicion of any violations against our anti-spam policy, we contact the client to discuss the client's options of the action that we take. These range from crushing computers, to warnings, and even termination or suspension of services. To the best of our knowledge, our system adheres to all state and national laws of the United States of America regarding sending spam groups and mass text messages and MMS.
